3. Wealth Taxes

3.1.  Motor Vehicles Tax

The subject of the tax is motor vehicle. The amount of Motor Vehicle Tax for land transportation vehicles is determined according to their weight, age and cylinder capacity. 

3.2.  Real Estate Tax

Buildings and land owned in Turkey are subject to real estate tax at varying rates. Real estate taxes are paid each year on the tax values of land and buildings at rates varying from 0,1% to 0.6%.
